Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from December 15, 2023 to December 14, 2024. Stay period is from December 20, 2023 to December 20, 2024. Offers are not valid on the following blackout dates: super peak season, holidays, festivals, and long weekends.
3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of these offers:

• 25% off on rooms based on published rates during low season (June to October)
• 10% off on rooms based on published rates during peak season (January to May and November to December)
• 20% off on suite rooms
• 5% off on a la carte dining at Comedor, Chula Saloon Bar, and Azotea

1. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with Hotel Luna that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive discount/privileges. Full payment is required upon booking. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through a secured online payment link that will be sent by property.

1. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at Hotel Luna with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.
2. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
4. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
5. Hotel Luna’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
6. 7. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
8. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Hotel Luna shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
