Promo mechanics

The promos are open to EastWest Mastercard credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Mastercard credit cards.

Promo Period:
Promo runs until September 30, 2024. Redemption period is until November 30, 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Get a FREE 1 pc Cheetos Crunchy Cheese (215g) for a minimum single-receipt straight or installment transaction of Php 7,000 from any SM Supermarket branch paid using an EastWest Mastercard credit card.
2. Promo is available at all SM Supermarket branches.
3. Redemption is until November 30, 2024 only to be redeemed at the redemption booth.
4. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting of transaction shall be deemed fraudulent and shall not be allowed for redemption.
5. To redeem the freebie, cardholder must present the following at the SM Supermarket branch where the purchase was made:
6. Original receipt from SM Supermarket (with minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 7,000)
7. Charge Slip
   1. Must be original (photocopied, faded and unreadable slips will not be accepted)
   2. Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy will not be accepted)
   3. Name and Card number printed on the charge slip must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented.
8. Transaction date must be within the promo period.
9. Actual EastWest Mastercard used must not be expired.
10. Charge slip will be stamped/marked “CLAIMED” by the redemption personnel upon release of the freebie.
11. Mastercard and SM Supermarket shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slips/transaction receipts that are stolen, lost and/or faded for purposes of redemption.
12. Redemption personnel will request the cardholder to fully fill out the redemption tracking sheet provided.
13. Cardholder is allowed to redeem once per Mastercard used per SM Supermarket branch per day.
14. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of Mastercard.
15. Mastercard reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed freebie against the cardholder’s Mastercard account should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
16.  In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of Mastercard with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

The use of the EastWest Mastercard Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the EastWest Mastercard Credit Card.
