The promo is open to EastWest Mastercard credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Mastercard credit cards.

Mastercard Exclusive Universal Studios Singapore VIP Experience from SGD268

1. Payment must be made with an EastWest Mastercard.
2. VIP Experience is non-exclusive and can accommodate up to 12 participants. Tours are in English. For other languages and enquiries, please email VIPExperience@RWSentosa.com.
3. Child age 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant age 18 and above at all times. Participant under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up a form for their participation.
4. VIP Experience is subject to availability.
5. VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed.
6. Guest must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes before the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
7. Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
8. The price of the One-Day VIP Experience Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
9. The 10% retail discount applicable on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
10. For safety purposes, children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by a participant (who is over the age of 18 years) at all times during the VIP Experience.
11. Parents/legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 years will be required to fill up a form in order for their child/ward to be able to participate in the VIP Experience.
12. All participants must meet the appropriate height requirements imposed for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience and must be able to fully understand and comply with the safety requirements and recommendations for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience.
13. Universal Express™ Unlimited is not valid at the following attractions: Amber Rock Climb™, Canopy Flyer®, Exciting Thrills Potion Spin, Treasure Hunter®, front row access of Battlestar Galatica: HUMAN® and Battlestar Galatica: CYLON®.
14. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change, amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole and absolute discretion.

1. Payment must be made with an EastWest Mastercard
