Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to EastWest JCB credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB credit cards.
2. EastWest JCB credit cardholders may enjoy the following offers:
    

• 8% cashback for a min. spend of JPY 20,000 and get a max. cashback of JPY 1,600 at Don Quijote until November 30, 2024
• 8% cashback for a min. spend of JPY 5,000 and get a max. cashback of JPY 800 at Family Mart and Lawson until December 31, 2024
   

1. If you wish to use your credit card in any country outside Japan, you may be asked to show valid ID with photo (such as your passport) to verify your identity.
2. JCB is not responsible for any damages and/or losses not caused by JCB including any announcement and/or advertisement executed by JCB Issuers, even though the cashback promotion is run by JCB Brand Cashback Program.
3. JCB Issuers shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JCB from and against any claims, damages and losses caused by the infringement in its announcement
4. and/or advertisement.
5. Transactions in Outgoing Interchange Files which JCB processes after December 6, 2024 (for Don Quijote offer) and January 10, 2025 (for the Family Mart and Lawson offer) are not eligible for this promotion even if the transactions are approved during promotion period.
6. This promotion may be changed or cancelled by JCB’s sole decision before the end date without prior notice.
7. Customer inquiries regarding cashback promotions should be handled by the JCB Issuer.
8. In the event that an EastWest JCB card holder violates these Terms & Conditions or causes damage to JCBI or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connectio with the use of this promotion, JCBI may suspend or cancel the preferential privileges or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting privileges accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.
